Organisation of the project
The development and realization of the new school building will go through various stages. The whole process is roughly mapped into phases. Now, the exploration and initiation phase are complete and the project is in the ‘definition’ phase.
During each phase, the project is organized differently. Currently the project organisation looks like this. Development is organized in two columns, one for drafting a program of demands, one for developing the building location. Information is shared between the (mainly operational) two project groups. In the next phase, a new organisation chart will be drafted to optimally share and communicate.
