Welcome to the website of the development and realization of the new EU School building in Alkmaar (short temporal working title: ‘project ESALK’).

Previously, the city of Alkmaar has been chosen as the location for the new European School. The new school building will be developed the upcoming years and after realization, the new building will replace the school building in Bergen.

The development is a close cooperation between the ESB, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the municipality of Alkmaar and the Central Governmental Real Estate Agency, with input of various stakeholders, such as the ESB Parents’ Association, the EMA and JRC.
