This is because many dependent and independent developments remain that may influence the timetable (e.g., state of the building market, CO2\/N2 discussions, power delivery, legal procedures). We expect to give a more fixed delivery date only after both the permit procedure and tender for the construction are finished. Then a reliable building planning is made.
